Our trainings - overview of seminars
Our training offers can in a word be seen as a hierarchy. The main theme is the building and further development of management skills, especially for the next generation of general management. Change is also a recurring topic at all levels. It’s about CIP for workers and teams obviously, plus leadership in change for team leaders and department heads. And lastly it’s about transforming leadership for executives.
Furthermore, we offer two seminars that are intended to encourage reflection. On one hand “Reflecting Leadership Skills and Motivation” is aimed at young specialists. We help them to discover and test their ability and, evidently, motivation for leadership, like in a DC. After all we have heard them say too often: “But I would like to maintain contact with the specialist task”. Sure, why not! Yet, is there really reason for the skepticism expressed thus? – “Off to new shores” helps employees and managers cope with upheavals they both experience or foresee personally. And, most important, those plunged onto them from outside.
