On one hand, Borretty Consulting is me, Dr. Reiner Borretty (see CV) as a facilitator, trainer, consultant. On the other hand, I am a member of a team (see download “Our team for your success”) made up of freelancers. We work together as trainers, concept developers and coaches. And we comprise a labor lawyer in our team!
We are seriously trained and, more than that, we bundle many years of experience. In this respect, we have ready modules and so are prepared to take up problems of our clients flexibly.
We develop and implement state of the art concepts for organizational and personnel development. To that end we work as a team, for instance for team development and process optimization. Mostly, we work for industrial companies. To this end, we offer our customers the design of team training, process workshops (like for CIP and agile methods) and integral leadership and competence training.
Still, we count current labor law as part of management knowledge. Yet, young managers feel more than a certain amount of uncertainty about this. After all, they haven’t heard anything about it, for example during studies. We provide the basics, current judgments and especially case specific advice. They should learn to understand when a management issue takes on a labor law dimension, when to approach HR (or the works council), but in any case not to enter a conflict of this kind, relying just on themselves. To this end, we thus develop tailor made solutions: Advice, training, support … Managers need to know about labor law in order to not having to apply it!
In the current crisis, the virtualization and digitization of our offers is obvious. So, in business simulations, which we like to use in workshops on team development and process innovation, we have finally made the experience that the current crisis (COVID-19) and change initiatives (digitization) can be mapped very well. So there is much more to it than “simply” turning face-to-face events virtual or digital !
